How long is the debt recovery process?
Considering that one of our activity’s main goals is quick debts collection, usually encashment process continues from 1 to 20 days.
However, one has to take into consideration one very important thing – the older the debt is, the more extended and harder to recover it. For example, if the debt is five years old, the client should not legislate for its recovery during one day.
Anyway, the more quickly you start solving debtor’s problem, the more effective outcome you may expect.
An important thing also is the way of debt recovery, for example, if one should recover the debt through the court, then the time depends on the form of the court (state court or court of arbitration) and many other attendant circumstances.
