CESSION

There are situations when the Client does not want to be connected with the encashment process; in such cases presumably we may offer the cession.

Extra plus of debts ceding for our Clients is immediately recovered means.

Cession process:

1. The Client submits the cession application;
2. We check the basis of liabilities and other relevant aspects;
3. A resolution about the cession is adopted or other alternative proposal is conveyed;
4. We draw up the cession contract, carry out commitments against the Client;
5. We inform about it the debtor and further we are occupied with the realization of the rights.
